Please use this setting to change your system from a power/money saving stance to a load shedding stance to ensure you have power in the event of load shedding.
The video below shows how to change your SOLAX X Hybrid Battery Setting from self-use or money-saving mode to a backup footing. Once periods of high load shedding are over please revert your battery setting as before.
The information provided by your SOLAX Portal App is dependant on your inverter having a connection to your local wifi router.
In the event that there is no data showing on your SOLAX Portal App or the SOLAX Web Portal in just the same way as you would need to connect your smartphone or tablet to your wifi network the same needs to be done with your inverter.
