Ceramic Glass Bifacial Solar Panels

M Solar Power is proud to announce the start of an advanced 83kW bifacial solar panel installation at Lanco Mouldings in Cape Town.
The panels being installed are frameless double glass, double-sided PERC Mono modules which now including a new layer of innovative layer of thin white ceramic glass between the two layers of glass.
This white ceramic layer is placed around the bifacial solar and cells that reflects light back onto the solar cells. The advantage of this architecture is that we can still harvest light from both sides of the bifacial panel solar panel while adding the advantages of white ceramic reflection for bifacial light harvesting and power production.
The net result is that compared with traditional single-sided solar panels. Fewer solar panels need to be installed, that produce more power while lasting much longer than traditional solar panels. This provides the client the lowest levelised cost of energy and highest return on investment.
This installation will be the first of its kind anywhere in the world.
